We are very happy to announce that from today, CoMeTas A/S will officially change its name to LiqTech International, A/S.

“For almost a decade, CoMeTas has been developing and manufacturing filtration technology within Ceramic Membranes and Emission Catalysts, and our new company name reflects and manifests the focus and growth of the company and will allow us to better communicate our strategy and progress to shareholders, business partners, and others in the cleantech industry,” explains Lasse Andreassen, Chief Executive Officer.

LiqTech International A/S (former CoMeTas) is part of the company LiqTech International, Inc, which has been listed in New York on OTCBB Stock Exchange under the symbol LIQT since August 25, 2011. “We are proud of having achieved this listing, which accelerates the growth of LiqTech International and our business partners”, continues Mr. Andreassen. We would like to ensure our customers and partners that all activities, agreements and future business, will be continued under the new name.

With the name change, the corporation between LiqTech International A/S and LiqTech A/S is emphasized, and will allow for even better synergies between the Silicon Carbide R&D groups. The product portfolio includes the products:

·         SiC kiln furniture
·         Emission technologies (Emission catalysts
and SiC diesel particulate filters)
