Mr. Rogers, prior to joining Liqtech International A/S, held the positions of interim Chief Executive Officer and Board Director for Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. from September, 2010 until the merger with Catalytic Solutions later that year. Prior to that he served as Executive VP of global operations with Clean Diesel since joining them in 2004. Prior to Clean Diesel he was Director of Sales and Marketing for ADAS Consulting, Ltd, a former UK government agency, focusing on the living and growing environment and providing lead and policy consultancy to the UK government and industry. From 1993 to 2002, Mr. Rogers served as a Global Business Manager of The Associated Octel Company Ltd, a multinational petrochemical company based in the UK. Mr. Rogers formed Octel’s Emission Technology business unit developing new emission control technology and setting up Adastra Ltd, a retrofit emission control company. Mr. Rogers has been in the petrochemicals business for nearly 25 years. In that time he has worked for The Exxon Corporation and Ethyl Petroleum where he held roles in R&D, international sales and business management.
