CDPX for passive regeneration
CoMeTas diesel particulate eXcellence is the cost-effective cDPF solution for passive regeneration of soot filters and removal of HC and CO. For challenging temperature profiles, CDPX can also be used in combination with other regenerations strategies such as pre-DOC, diesel-injection and fuel borne catalyst. CDPX has undergone VERT and TÜV certification in several filter systems.
NO2 P and NO2 X for passive regeneration with NO2 compliance
NO2 Performer and NO2 eXcellence are our two zone coatings for passive regeneration with limited NO2 increase. The purpose of the inlet zone is to generate NO2 for soot combustion and aid regeneration by a certain content of base metals. The purpose of the outlet zone is to remove excess NO2 by HC-SCR and aid regeneration by a high content of base metals.
Solid X for high temperature cycles and fuel borne catalyst
CoMeTas Solid eXcellence is the cost-effective cDPF solution for high temperature applications as well as high-sulphur level applications. Solid X can also be used with great results in combination with other regeneration strategies, such as fuel borne catalyst.
Base X for high temperature profiles and active regeneration
CoMeTas Base eXcellence is based on a base metal oxides composition developed by CoMeTas and does not contain precious metal. Base X is widely applied in systems requiring minimum NO2 emissions and can be used in combination with active regeneration strategies such as HC-injection.
